Hilary Blamey is an associate attorney at Hickey & Chung, LLP. She has represented and assisted individuals in a wide range of criminal cases, including white-collar crimes, health care fraud, multi-defendant drug conspiracies, and violent crimes.
Hilary earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she specialized in Public Interest and Social Justice and received a Pro Bono Recognition Award for completing more than 100 hours of community service. Hilary also served as Managing Editor of Santa Clara Law Review. She earned her B.A. in international relations from the University of San Diego.
Hilary worked on behalf of the Northern California Innocence Project, representing innocent defendants in criminal appeals and re-trials. She also worked at the Federal Public Defenders Office in San Jose and clerked for the Honorable Socrates Peter Manoukian of the Superior Court for the County of Santa Clara. Prior to becoming an attorney, Hilary worked as an investigator at the Public Defender Service in Washington, D.C.
