Benjamin P. Luke

Originally from Chicago, with stops in Miami, and Seville, Spain, before settling in San Francisco, Ben is passionate about his practice in Criminal Defense. A former Public Defender, Ben strives to fight for those who do not have a voice of their own. He also practices federal Criminal Defense and serves as advisor on Title IX investigations. He is a tireless advocate and will come up with creative strategies to get the best outcome his clients deserve. He is also bilingual and can advise both English and Spanish speaking clients throughout the criminal process.
