Mr. Hickey has a five-star rating on Avvo, with his clients posting reviews such as “brilliant trial attorney” and “best lawyer I’ve ever had!” You can expect Mr. Hickey to focus on your case, dedicate long hours to crafting a compelling defense, and be responsive and available throughout the duration of the proceedings. You have the right to an attorney, but lawyers vary in natural talent, ability to identify the flaws in the prosecution’s case, and craft a compelling defense case to challenge the evidence the prosecutor presents.
It is imperative that your lawyer is a talented trial attorney, experienced litigator, and has access to professional resources to develop a powerful defense case. Mr. Hickey will work closely with you and has the advantage of access to PIs, financial consultants, tax advisors, and other experts who are immediately available to provide the support needed to craft a strong defense.
If you are facing charges or are under investigation in a criminal case, the steps you take early in the case have everything to do with the outcome. Exercise your right to remain silent, and contact Hickey & Chung.
